Mullangi Perugu Pachadi - (Radish in yogurt)
- Grate mullangi (raddish) and set aside.
- Cut chillies into small pieces.
- Heat ghee and fry the mustard seeds and black gram dal, then add curry leaves.
- Add chillies, grated mullangi(raddish) and turmeric.
- Mix well, add salt and cilantro,
- Cook on low heat for 10 minutes. When done, set aside to cool a bit.
