Delicious homemade Vegetable Manchuria prepared in Indo Chinese style serves as a great side dish and will definitely be a big hit with all age groups.
- Boil water in a pan, season with salt, add grated cabbage, chopped beans, grated carrot, grated baby corn, cook well, strain it, separate the stock and keep aside.
- Now take the strained mixture of vegetables on a plate, add salt, all-purpose flour, chopped green chilies, ajinomoto(tasting salt), corn flour and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, deep fry in hot oil, transfer to a plate and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a fresh pan, add chopped onions, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped green chilies, saute well,add vegetable stock water, vinegar, sugar, tomato ketchup,chili sauce, soya sauce and cook well.
- Now add the mixture of corn flour mixed with water to slightly thicken the gravy consistency, also add chopped coriander leaves, fried manchurian balls, chopped spring onions and toss it.
