The Mezze platter (sometimes spelled meze) is one of the more malleable snack trays, varying slightly depending on where it's being served. It's a popular way to start a meal in Turkey, Israel, Greece, Lebanon — spanning cultures across the Middle East and beyond.
- Place peter bread on a chopping board and cut it into a triangles.
- Then transfer into a oven tray and Sprinkle some olive oil, salt, chopped coriander leaves.
- Toast it in a oven.
- In a hot pan add sesame seeds and toast it for 3-4minutes.
- Transfer into a mixie jar and grind it, then transfer paste into a bowl.
- For baba ganoush- Take a bowl add roasted mashed eggplant, chopped garlic, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice and tahini paste(1/3rd). Then transfer into a serving plate add olive oil, paprika powder on top of it.
- For hummus- add chick peas in a mixie jar and grind it, then add cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, tahini paste and mix it well.
- Then transfer into a serving plate and add olive oil, paprika powder on top of it.
- For tzatziki - take a bowl add thick yogurt, grated cucumber, cumin powder, salt and mix it nicely. Then transfer into a serving plate and garnish with parsley.
- Toasted Peter bread transfer into a serving plate.
Now it is ready to serve.
