This is a snack recipe prepared with puffed rice and can be had for evening at tea time.
- Wash and strain the puffed rice in water.
- Take a bowl and add puffed rice, onion, green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt and mix it.
- To it add little rice flour, chickpea flour, garam masala, little water and mix it.
- Using hand take small dumpling give the shape of vada.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the vada to golden brown in colour.
- Transfer into a paper towel.
Now the hot and crispy maramaral vada is ready to serve with sauce.
