- Cut the mangoes and keep aside. In a big vessel first pour the tamarind juice and then add turmeric, sambhar powder, chilli powder,hing , salt and add the mangoes.
- Cook well and add the jaggery. let it boil for 10 minutes.
- In a kadai take 1 teaspoon of oil and musturd, urad dal, red chilli, and at last add neem flower little.
- Add these tampering to the pachadi. You can add curry leaves too.
