- In the blender add biscuits to make a smooth powder.
- Take a bowl and add biscuit powder, powder sugar, butter and mix nicely to make dough.
- Place pie mould or ring with base and spread biscuit mixture evenly, place in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
- Take a whip cream in a jar and whip it later add mango puree, gelatin mixture and whip nicely.
- Take the pie mixture from the refrigerator, on top of it pour above prepared cream mixture.
- Freeze it in deep freezer, later demould it.
- On top of it spread mango pulp and garnish with whip cream, mint leaf, mango slices like as shown in video.
