A wonderful dessert made with the king of fruits Mango. This is made with coconut milk, mango puree and diced mango pieces.
- Take a pan and add coconut milk, sugar and mix nicely so that sugar dissolves completely.
- Add custard powder and mix nicely, later cook until it becomes thick paste.
- Switch off flame and add mango pulp and mix thoroughly.
- Add diced mango pieces, mix and pour it into champagne glass.
- Keep in refrigerator for some time.
- Later remove and on top of it garnish with whip cream using piping bag.
- Place mango slices at one corner.
Now mango delight is ready to serve.
