- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and when they splutter add cumin seeds, chopped onions, curry leaves, turmeric powder and saute it.
- Mix roasted chanadal powder and water in a bowl without any lumps. Now transfer the mixture into the above cooking pan.
- Then add coriander powder, Fresh grated coconut and cook it.
- Now add crushed garlic, salt and pepper corn.
- Use another bowl to mix chopped coriander leaves, coconut powder, egg white and cooked rice.
