Raw Rasam. Pachi Pulusu. This is a traditional Andhra recipe.This is basically a raw sweet and sour soup.And can be prepared very easily which can be served with hot rice,mudda pappu along with papads.
- First roast the tomatoes, green chilly, garlic, open flame.
- Take a bowl add cumin seeds, roasted garlic, green chilly, pound it lightly add salt, chopped onions, tomatoes, and add lemon rind, lemon juice, sugar, add chopped coriander, again pound it lightly, leave it in arefrigerator at least 2 to 3 hours.
- Prepare Rasam Take same salsa and add diluted tamarind juice, and salt.
Serve hot with rice.
