- Wash lamb place yogurt in large bowl,add in salt garam masala tandoori masala and chilli powder and garlic mix well.
- Put the washedlamb chops into yogurt and coat well. Peel potatoes and carrots and slice.
- Slice onions into chunks and also add into the yogurt leave to marinade for a hour or overnight.
- Place on a foil lined baking tray all the marinades lamb and veg and cover with foil.
- Place in preheated oven at 200'c leave for a hour then drain water from tray and put back in the oven for a further 1 hour.
- After the hour take off foil and open roast for 15-20minutes. Taa daa enjoy.
