KHEERA TAMATAR CURRY

This tomato cucumber curry is native from Rajasthan as well as Gujarat .its an easy dish where cucumber cooked little crunch and infused in tomato based curry.

• In a pan add some oil, when oil is heated add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, coriander powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, and add tomato, saute them.
• Add water and cook for 2 minutes add cucumber pieces, put the lid and reduce the flame and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

This curry is served with naan or chapatti or rice.
