The famous traditional Andhra fish curry, Mamidi chepala pulusu is a tangy delicacy which tastes exceptionally good.
- Boil raw mango, mash it to perfect juicy consistency and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, chopped onions, curry leaves and sauté it till onions turn slightly transparent.
