- First make a very fine paste of dhinyapowder, till and zeera (cumin) powder and keep a side.
- Now heat a non-stick pan and add oil then onion and ginger/garlic paste after the raw smell go add the masala paste we made before. after adding the masala paste now add green chillies,red chillie powder, black pepper powder curry leafs, tomatoes, haldi and salt and cook till the oil is visible and till the masala smells good .
- Now add the chicken.( bone-less or with bone) as disire and keep stiring for 10 minutes.
- Then add half cup of water and let the chicken cook till its fully cook or tender and the grawy shoud be thick.
