- Dry roast pepper corns, dry red chilies, chana dal and saute it.
- Then add urad dal, rice, tamarind pulp, curry leaves, coriander leaves.
- Now saute well by adding sesame seeds, hing and grind to a coarse powder ( gun powder).
- Cut Malabar parathas into pieces and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry Malabar parathas, transfer to a plate and mix well by sprinkling prepared powder.
For Raitha :
- Chop pineapple pieces and keep aside.
- Take beaten curd in a bowl, add fresh cream, sugar and mix it well.
- Season it with salt, pineapple pieces and mix it well.
