Kalyana Sambar is a traditional way of preparing sambar with mixed vegetables.
- Pressure cook split dal along with Hing, turmeric powder till 3 whistles.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilies, curry leaves, chopped onion, pumpkin, cucumber and mix it well.
