Jalebi is a deep fried sweet made from maida flour and soaked in sugar syrup. This simple to make sweet dish is popular among every age group to relish hot or with chilled rabri on top.
- Take a bowl add curd, mix well then add maida, cornflour and mix well to avoid lumps.
