Ramen noodle soup is a traditional Tokyo recipe and it is a simple, comforting recipe, that can be easily prepare at home.
- Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, finger millet flour, water and make a dough.
- Dust some flour, roll the dough and fan fold and cut it into thin slices like as shown in video.
