- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, dry red chillis, chana dal, cumin seeds, urad dal, toss it and saute for about a minute.
- Add turmeric powder, chopped ginger, curry leaves, boiled & chopped baby potatoes, onions, slitted green chilis, saute well, add coriander powder, cumin powder, sambar powder, chopped sorrel leaves, curd, sprinkle salt and cook well.
- Transfer cooked rice, toss well, turn off the flame and transfer to serving bowl.
Gongura Aloo Fry Pulihora is now ready to serve.
