- Peel and chop onions into small pieces . mince ginger,garlic and green chillies together .
- Take gobhi florets-wash and chop and mince it into small pieces.
- Heat oil in pan ,put in cumin seeds and a pinch of asefoetida (hing) ,saute chopped onions till pink , add ginger garlic,green chillies and saute for 2 minutes. then add spices (in proportion to your taste ) except garam masala till oil leaves the masala .
- Add the green peas and saute .
- Add minced gobhi and saute on medium heat with lid closed .
- Stir fry till gobhi is just about done then add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. and switch off the heat
- Garnish with coriander leaves .
