This is traditional of bengali fish recipe Aam Shol or Murrel fish with Green Mango.
- First, marinate the fish with turmeric and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan add marinated fish and fry them and transfer into another plate.
- In the same oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, add chopped onions, salt, cook this onion till golden in color.
- Add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, raw mango pieces and chilly powder, coriander powder, coconut milk, and add water lid on and cook for 5 minutes.
- In this add tomatoes, garam masala and fried fish pieces and cook for 2 minutes, switch off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves on the top of the fish curry.
