Incredibly simple, remarkably delicious--this is a dish that's elegant enough for entertaining and fast enough to brighten weeknight dinner.
- Take a fish, make gashes on both sides. Dry fish using a paper towel. There should not be any moisture in it.
- Take a bowl add Soy sauce, vinegar, mixes it and pour the sauce on the fish properly, so sauce goes inside.
- Marinate it for 15 minutes. After that, sprinkle corn flour on fish and dredge it.
- Heat oil in a pan, add fish. cook on the slow flame.
- Take another pan heat oil add chopped garlic, ginger, slices of onions and saute it till garlic goes slightly brown.
- Then add chili sauce, Soy sauce, tomato ketchup, jaggery or brown sugar, salt, lemon juice, fish stock and mix it well.
- Then add chopped white of spring onion.
- Take the sauce and pour it on the fried fish.
- Lastly, garnish with sliced red bell pepper, spring onion and shredded cabbage.
