- In a mixing bowl, add boiled and grated potatoes, carrot and radish, cauliflower, chopped beans, green chili, coriander leaves and mint, add cumin seeds powder, chat masala, salt and mix it well and make them into rounds.
- In another bowl add whole wheat flour, salt add some water make soft dough let it rest for few minutes.
- Divide the dough into roundels, to make paratha take a ball of the dough and roll them into a small disc by dusting enough flour.
