Aloo kulcha recipe is a more popular flat bread recipe from north indian cuisine stuffed with a spiced potato filling. Kulcha is very popular in delhi and the state of punjab.
- Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, ghee, yogurt and mix thoroughly to make a soft dough, apply little oil and keep aside.
- Take a bowl and add mashed potato, red chili powder, coriander leaves, green chilies, amchur powder, garam masala, mix nicely and make round balls for stuffing.
- Divide the dough into small portion, press it with hands. Later stuff masala and close the edges.
- Place it on the polythene sheet, press it lightly and sprinkle black sesame seeds, ginger, coriander leaves.
- Apply little oil to hands and press it. Then sprinkle little water like as shown in the video.
- Place it on the hot tawa and cook with the lid on it.
- Turn on other side and cook it again with closed lid on it.
- Transfer it to a plate and apply oil on it.
Now the chilli aloo tava kulcha are ready to serve.
