- In a hot pan take mustard oil and refined oil. When the mustard splutters add cumin seeds, then add hing, red chilly powder, salt, turmeric and coriander powder in yogurt.
- Add this yogurt in the pan and let it boil. While boiling add boiled kher and sangri to it and mix it well.
- Let it cook for few minutes and switch off the flame.
- At last add coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or roti.
