- Take flattened rice in a bowl, season with salt, add water, soak for about 2 minutes, strain the flattened rice, transfer to a bowl, add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, cinnamon stick powder and mix well.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, fry tilltheir color gets slightly changed, transfer to the bowl with flattened rice, add curd, milk and give it a good mix.
