Cut the cucumber in to medium cubes .Cook the cucumber ,green chillies,shallots,turmeric powder,tomato and salt in 1 cup of water.Cook till the cucumber get transparent.Meanwhile grind the grated coconut,curd and cumin seeds to a very fine paste.Add this paste to the cooked cucumber.Let it cook till the gravy become thick.Remove it from the flame. Heat oil in a pan,add dried red chilli,mustard seeds,fenugreek powder and curry leaves.And saute it for a minute.Add this to the cooked cucumber immediately.Serve it with rice.
