Veg Nuggets are crispy from the outside and soft from inside comprising of different flavours.
- In a bowl, add boiled and grated potatoes, chopped carrots, beans, boiled green peas, sweet corns, pepper powder, chopped parsley, salt, curry powder, garam masala, mixed herbs, grated paneer, cheese, 2tablespoon all-purpose flour, bread crumbs, mix all the ingredients together with a little water to make a thick dough.
- In another bowl, add equal quantities of all-purpose flour, cornstarch and mix by adding water to a thick paste.
