This is kids special recipe. It's a freshly made pan-baked pizza with deliciously soft, buttery and crunchy bite. Prepared in medium size with various topping.
- Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, caster sugar, yeast, salt mix it.
- To it add little water, oil and mix to make a soft dough and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, onions, red chili powder, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, tomato puree, concasse of tomatoes, vinegar, coarse black pepper powder, mixed herbs, basil, sugar, little salt and mix it later cook it, keep aside.
- Divide dough into small portions and roll it, later place on back of plate and press it with hand.
- Do docking with fork and keep aside.
- Heat pan and add onions, capsicum and saute it on high flame.
- Add pizza seasoning, tomato and saute it.
- Pinch pizza at edges and place it on hot pan and cover it withtawa as a lid.
- Flip the pizza and spread sauce, sauted vegetable, place pizza cheese in center add olive oil.
- Place on same hot pan latercover it with another tawa on its top and cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer into chopping board and cut with pizza cutter.
Now pan pizza is ready to serve.
