Six simple steps to prepare delicious Chicken Fry.
- Take the chicken in to a vessel and add one tablespoon oil, Vinegar & little salt.
- Switch On the flame and cook chicken mixture on very low flame for 5 to 10 minutes, this makes chicken tender and soft.
- Add 4 tablespoons of oil into a big pan,once the oil is heated add onions and little salt (Salt makes onion cook fast)
- Once onions cooked add Ginger & Garlic paste and mix well, let it cook till the raw flavor is gone.
- Now add Turmeric, Chilly powder, Garam Masala powder, pepper powder, Curd and very little salt as we already added salt to the chicken and onions.
- Let the chicken cook for 15-20 till it becomes dry, now finally add coconut powder and coriander leafs and let it be on very low flame for 5 to 10 minutes.
Now the yummy dry chicken is all set to serve.
