Coffee cocoa cookies are excellent tea time snack made with short crust dough flavoured with instant coffee.
- Take a bowl, add butter, powdered sugar and cream it, add egg mix it well.
- Take another bowl, add all purpose flour, coco powder, instant coffee powder, baking powder (optional) mix it well, then add this mixture in above butter mixture bowl and mix it like a soft piping consistency.
