The more the cooking is kept simple, the better it tastes! So I am going to prepare chicken liver pepper dry with very less masala.
- Wash the liver thoroughly and pressure cook (with one whistle) it and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a vessel, add ginger garlic paste and onion. now add the chicken liver and nicely surface fry it for 10 minutes.
- Add pepper and salt and mix it well. Then garnish it with corriander leaves.
Note :
- The reason behind pressure cooking the chicken liver is to remove that liver smell. Some people do not like that smell.
- With chicken liver left over stock, u can make soup and drink it along with the liver fry.
