Put the vada inside the bun and serve with fried green chili. Vada pav contains all blends of Indian spices with a western touch. Sauce, with mouth-watering cheese and fried green chilly, makes it even tastier.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic, green chillies, salt and saute it.
- Add coriander powder,mustard powder, lime juice, sugar, 1 tablespoon chickpea flour and saute it.
- Transfer into mixie jar, add coriander leaves and blend it.
- Make round flat green chili vada.
- Take a bowl and add chickpea flour, salt, turmeric powder, baking soda, water and mix to make bajji batter.
- To it add 1 tablespoon hot oil and mix it.
- Heat oil in a pan, dip green chili vada in batter and deep fry along with green chili, later transfer into paper towel.
- Cut vada and vada pav horizontally into 2 half.
- On green chili vada add grated cheese.
- Spread sweet chutney, sprinkle garlic powder on vada pav.
- In between vada pav place prepared green chili vada.
- In the serving plate as a base add onion slices mixed with coriander leaves, lime juice, green chili and place vada pav.
Now cheese chilli vada pav is ready to serve.
