- Wash and cut broccoli into small florets.
- Take a large pan, add oil. Now add mustard seeds. After spluttering add urad dal.
- Then add the cut florets and salt. cover and cook in medium high flame until it cooks fully and becomes soft.
- Now add corriander and chili powder. Mix nicely. Cover and cook in low flame for further 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve hot with chapathi/roti.
