Description

This is very special i tried and the result was awesome taste of egg and Bhendi.

1. Clean the Bhendi and cut it round as small pieces. 2. keep this aside for 15-30 mins (best results if you keep whole day in sun light) 3. cut the green chillies small and round pieces 4. switch on the stove keep kadai/tawa on stove add oil in it 5. when oil heated add mustard seeds followed by cumin seeds and chanadal 6. let mustard seed splutter add green chillies and fry for 10 sec 7. now Add Bhendi to it add salt and mix it well with the oil and tampering. 8. cook 5 mins on medium heat after that 10 mins on high heat to get the bhedi fried 9. Whenever you see the Bhendi is fried bit crispy add bit chilli powder and coriander powder to it stir it well and add eggs and mix it well for 2 to 3 mins. 10. Adjust the salt and enjoy the Bhendi egg fry.
