Besan paneer wraps is a snack recipe. Wraps are very popular these days. These are easy to make and easy to serve.
- Take a bowl, add chickpea flour, pinch of salt, hot water and mix thoroughly to make the dosa batter.
- Take a bowl, add coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, 1-2 tablespoon water or sprinkle little oil and mix thoroughly to make the masala mixture.
- Coat this masala mixture to the paneer and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan and place the long paneer slices and cook it on both side.
- Heat the tawa, place 1 ladleful of chick pea flour batter, spread the dosa and cook it by applying oil on one side and keep aside.
- On top of dosa spread green chutney, sweet chutney and place the cabbage leaf.
- On it, top it with the slices of paneer, tomato, onion, chopped coriander leaves, lime juice then fold it and cut into 2 pieces.
