- In a pan add chana dal, dry red chilies, oil, fresh coconut, beet root and saute it and transfer into a blender and add salt and make a fine paste and keep aside.
- Take another pan and add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, wheat rawa, curry leaves, beans, onion, water, salt and cook it well.
Serve with beetroot chuntey.
