This raita consists of pieces of cooked potatos tomatoesand onions. Goes well with rice and pullao dishes as well as curries and kebabs served with naan or parathas.
- Put the yogurt in a glass or plastic bowl and add the water, salt, cumins, and red chilli powder. beat with a fork till very smooth. add ther cooked and cooled potato cubes, chopped tomato, onions and most of the corriander. Mix well.
- Garnish with a tiny tiny pich of red chilli powder and a little chopped corriander.
