Preparation of Pakodas:
- In a bowl, add onion and cabbage cubes, slightly crush them by seasoning with salt.
- Take a dinchik and slightly crushcoriander seeds.
- To dinchik, add ginger, garlic, green chilies, fennel leaves, chrush them and transfer this into the onion and cabbage mixture
- Now add chickpea flour, chopped curry leaves andmix it to a pakoda batter by adding water in small quantities.

- Whisk yogurt by adding chickpea flour and waterin small quantities.

- For tempering: heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chilies, turmeric powder, hing, prepared butter milk mixture, salt and cook it by stirring occasionally.

- Another way, Take a papad, break it into small pieces in a bowl and serve it by pouring some kadhi on top.
