Best option to serve the home made pasta with just 2 steps. Boil pasta and cook it again by flavoring with veggies, sauce and grated cheese in the oven.
- Boil 3/4 quantity of water in a big pot.
- To it add some salt, oil, and pasta, cook until pasta is 3/4th cooking done. drain out and wash it with cool water so that it won't stick together.
- In another vessel put some oil, fry the diced onions and capsicum together till soft.
- Then, add the ragu traditional pasta sauce, later bring it to a boil.
- To the same pan, even add as per taste garlic, salt, and basil. stir, cook for 5 more minutes.
- When flavors are incorporated, add the cooked pasta and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven at 250 centigrade, remove the above-cooked pasta into a baking tray.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese as per taste, put it in the oven until the cheese starts melting.
- Remove and serve hot with garlic bread or as it is.
Note: Pasta sauce depends on how saucy u want the pasta to be. It may actually require 1(1/2) bottle for 1 packet.
