First peal and clean all the veggies except yam put rest of all in a bowl and boil it with by adding water. Now boil Yam by adding turmeric to it when it is half done then add onion, Tomato purie and green chillies too let it cook and mash it like a finely paste then mix this paste to boiled veggies also add to it red chilly powder, salt, coriander powder, Sam bar powder, and tamarind pulp also and some water if it needed now make the stove in medium flame bring to a boil. Then in another pan pour oil make it heat add crushed Garlic cloves fry it then add tempering seeds, curry leaves and red chilly pieces after all fried add Asenofida and transfer it to the boiling Sam bar . then sprinkle coriander leaves
