Hi Sanjay i am a big fan of your recipes. I am posting vegetable pakodi. i am posting the pakodi using some grated veggies. This is tasty & healthy evening snack.
Peal of potato brown and grate it , peal of carrot layer and grate it , wash the capsicum and grate the capsicum(green pepper) in a large bowl. Wash the spinach 2 to 3 times and chop it .Mix basin flour and corn flour to this grated veggie mixture. Add long sliced onions, salt, coriander and green chilly(optional). Do not make this as the fine paste please add the flour step by step and mix it well, sufficient water will be there in veggies, if required sprinkle some water or curd with hand(please watch onion pakodi made by sanjay, you will get an idea of flour, how it looks like), the mixture should not be a paste it should be very thick. Fry the oil in a pan, and take the mixture and drop small amount, they will take time to fry, since we have so many ingredients. They are very crispy and tasty and healthy too. We can eat these pakodi with ketchup.Try them and let me know. All the best
Ingredients
- → corn flour 1/4th cup Cup.
- → coriander chopped 1/4th cup Cup.
- → spinach chopped Cup.
- → Basin flour 1 Cup.
- → Onions sliced long 1big or more if required Numbers.
- → Capsicum Grated 1 Numbers.
- → Potato grated 1Big Numbers.
- → Carrots Grated 2 Numbers.
- → salt for taste, If people eat more spice they can add green chilli also 2 Numbers.
