This is a nutritional idly prepared with mixed vegetables.
- Take a bowl and add idli rice, idli rava, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, red chilly, water and wash once then strain the water.
- To it add salt and asafoetida.
- Now add enough of water just to soak the ingredients for 2 to 4 hours.
- Then in a mixie jar blend it coarsely to make idli batter and take into a bowl.
