Description

This is one of my favorite breakfast dishes. It tastes awesome.In a slotted vessel, wash puffed rice real good till the water runs clear from the bottom. Keep it aside. In a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, jeera, let them crackle. Add curry leaves, green chillies, sliced onions. Saute till they are translucent. Add turmeric. Saute for a while , now add washed puffed rice, mix well. In a blender powder fried chana and garlic together. Add this mixture to the puffed rice. Add salt, sugar and mix for a while.
