Soak Toor dal in water for atleast 1 hour amp; rice for atleast 30 mts. Blend Jeera, pepper, curry leaves, garlic amp; dry mirchi with little water amp; make it a fine paste. Keep cooker in flame, add Oil, Ghee, Mustard seeds, onions, ground paste,turmeric pdr, salt, green chilli(if reqd), Toor dal, Rice. Mix well. Allow each ingredient to cook well atleast for 30 sec before adding the next item. Add 2 cups of water. Mix well again amp; close the lid. Let it cook for 10-15 mts like any rice variety done in cooker.
