Description
- Boil potatoes,peel them and mash.add salt.
- Now take coriander leaves in a grinder add salt..make chutney,only using these two ingriends.(can add a bit of chilli powder).
- Boil tomato.mash it and add salt to it. if you want to make quick tiranga toast. you can use any hari dhaniya chutny already have in your home.(hari dhaniya ,tomato),(haridhaniya,mint). and in place of tomato chutney..you can use tomato ketchup .
- Take 1 slice of bread.spread a layer of green chutney evenly.
- Put another bread slice over it.and spread a layer of butter/cream.
- Put the 3rd bread slice over it.and spread tomato chutney.
- put last bread slice.over it.now cover the four sides of these bread layers with mashed potatoes. you can mix a lil bit of water in mashed potatoes so that it can easily stick to the sides.
- In tava/nonstick pan spread a bit oil.and put this toast.cook both sides.. and also the four sides having potatoes..the four sides should be cooked carefully.as potaoes usually gets out of the toast while cooking.noworry you can again put the potatoes at sides.
- Cut the toast in two pieces.in triangular form.the three colors green white and red looks great.after cutting the toast.
- This tiranga toast serve with peanut chutney
