This is mouthwatering snack item.
- In a hot pan add butter, add garlic and saute it till becomes golden brown.
- Now add chopped mushroom stock, salt, mixed herbs and saute it well.
- Then add cream and saute it, then switch off the flame and add cracked pepper.
- Once the mixture is cooled down start stuffing this into the mushrooms.
- Then in a plate take breadcrumbs mixture, butter, chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- In a bowl take flour, corn flour, salt and mix it with water to make a slurry.
- Take stuffed mushrooms and dip into the slurry and immediately coat with the breadcrumbs mixture, repeat the process like this to all the mushrooms.
- Top of this sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, then transfer these into a baking tray.
- Bake them in oven for 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- For refreshing dip take chopped onions, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, vinegar, cracked pepper, pinch of salt and mix it.
- Then add tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mix it well.
- Once mushrooms are ready plate them and garnish with coriander then serve with the dip.
