It’s an easy and interesting dessert recipe which is rich, delicious, luxurious and great comfort food on a cold winter night.
- In a hot pan heat water first then add dates.
- Once it starts boiling switch off the flame, add baking soda to it and keep it aside.
- For the pudding mixture take unsalted butter in a bowl to cream it first.
- Once the fluffy butter is ready add castor sugar and mix it thoroughly.
- Now add beaten egg to it and mix it well, to cut down the raw smell add vanilla essence and mix it constantly.
- To this we will add all purpose flour and mix it well so that flour is incorporated in that.
- Now to this cake mixture we will add boiled dates mixture all together and mix it nicely.
- Then with a spoon start transferring the mixture into small muffin molds but don’t fill it completely.
- Place all the muffin molds in a tray and add some water in the tray till it is half covered.
- Bake them in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Once they are cooled d-mold them.
- For the sauce now take icing sugar in a bowl and add lemon juice slowly to it and mix it well.
- Now just add this batter on these puddings at top and garnish with some sugar balls or any colorful sprinklers with mint leaf.
