This chutney was made by my mom and it was really awesome. It has the flavor of onion chutney and goes well with hot rice.
1) Grind chopped spring onions, dried red chillies, tamarind, jaggery and coriander coarsely. 2) Pour oil in a pan and add the tempering containing mustard seeds, cumin seeds and a pinch of hing (optional) and then add the above mixture into it. 3) fry for 2- 3 minutes and it#39;s done. server hot with rice.
