Description

Crispy vadai made from split yellow peas and spices. Soak the dal along with dry red chillies and ginger piece for 30 to 40 minutes. Grind the dal with very little or no water at all into a course paste. To this add salt, chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves, asefotida and chopped onions. Make into small balls and make them flat and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and serve hot.
