Description

Its a very tasty, colorful and easy making recipe when your family members or childrens very hungry they need food fast you can make it just 2 to 3 minutes.

Use pan to cook.. put oil or gee in the pan then leave it few seconds to warm then add some Mustard seeds then add some green chilies itrsquo;s like donrsquo;t cut it like a small pieces cut the green chili in middle like a 2 separate parts but donrsquo;t separate it fully just make a middle open in the green chili it must be join together in the edge of the green chili head 3 to 5 piece of green chili enough that depends your spice need then add some Coriander leaves and Curry leaves then fry it all like a golden brown then add some very little amount of turmeric powder then Add a cup of Curd then Add some water make it like a butter milk condition 3 cup of water for 1 cup of curd is the normal ratio add salt then add your cooked rice. Now yours delicious Turmeric curd rice ready.
